Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Rescheduling, Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
At DrCita, we value the time and commitment of both patients and healthcare providers. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments, we have established the following policy regarding appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and missed appointments:
- Cancellation Policy
- Patients may cancel their appointments at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, particularly in the case of pre-paid appointments.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Patients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to 1 hour before the originally scheduled time.
- Requests to reschedule made within 1 hour of the appointment may be considered late cancellations and will be subject to the same conditions outlined in the cancellation policy above.
- Missed Appointment Policy
- A “Missed Appointment” is defined as a patient who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice.
- Missed Appointment appointments are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for refunds.
- Repeated missed appointments may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to appointment booking services.
- Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above.
- The time required for the refund to reflect in the user's account may vary depending on the payment provider and method used.
