DrCita Health Card - Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

The DrCita Health Card is an annual membership program.
Actual Membership Price: ₹1499/-.
Offer Price: ₹999/- + Applicable GST.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of successful activation.
Membership benefits are available only during the validity period.

2. DrCita FREE Doctor Consultations

Members are entitled to 12 FREE Doctor Consultations through the DrCita platform during the membership period.
Consultation fees up to ₹500 per consultation are covered.
Members can avail one (1) FREE consultation per calendar month.
If a consultation is not utilized in a particular month, it will automatically carry forward to the subsequent months within the same membership year.
All unused consultations will expire upon membership expiry and cannot be carried forward after the validity period.

3. Partner Hospital OP Consultations

Members are eligible for 24 FREE OP Consultations through selected partner hospitals.
This benefit is available only at participating hospitals and not at every hospital listed on the DrCita platform.
Availability is subject to participating hospitals, departments, doctor availability, and hospital policies.

4. Family Coverage

Membership benefits are available for the registered member and eligible family members as defined by DrCita.
Family eligibility may be revised by DrCita from time to time.

5. Diagnostic Benefits

Members are eligible for up to 35% discount at participating diagnostic centers.
An additional 10% discount can be availed using the DC10 promotional code, wherever applicable.
Discounts are subject to participating diagnostic partners and their terms.

6. Corporate Hospital Network

Members can access healthcare services through participating corporate hospitals and healthcare providers.
The list of partner hospitals may change from time to time without prior notice.

7. Membership Validity

Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
All unused consultations and membership benefits expire automatically upon membership expiry.
Expired benefits cannot be carried forward, transferred, or redeemed.

8. Renewal

Members may renew their Health Card before or after expiry.
Renewal charges will be applicable as per the prevailing membership fee and applicable taxes at the time of renewal.

9. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once the Health Card has been successfully activated.
No refund or partial refund will be provided for unused consultations, unused benefits, or early cancellation.
Refunds, if any, shall be processed only where required under applicable law.

10. Changes to Benefits & Partner Network

DrCita reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefits, healthcare facilities, partner hospitals, diagnostic partners, discounts, or promotional offers at any time.
Benefits, healthcare facilities, hospitals, and offers may vary from time to time based on partner availability and operational requirements.
Members are advised to refer to the DrCita website or mobile application for the latest list of participating hospitals and available benefits.

11. Availability of Services

All healthcare services and membership benefits are subject to availability.
Doctor consultations, OP consultations, diagnostic discounts, and hospital services depend on the participating partner's policies and availability.
DrCita does not guarantee the availability of any specific doctor, hospital, department, diagnostic centre, or healthcare provider.

12. Taxes

Membership charges are exclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise specified.
GST and other applicable statutory taxes will be charged as per prevailing Government regulations.

13. User Responsibilities

Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Membership benefits are intended only for the registered member and eligible family members.
Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

14. Cancellation & Suspension

DrCita reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation of membership shall not entitle the member to any refund.

15. Limitation of Liability

DrCita acts as a healthcare facilitation platform connecting members with partner hospitals and diagnostic centres.
Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare services are solely the responsibility of the respective healthcare providers.
DrCita shall not be liable for any medical negligence, treatment outcomes, delays, cancellations, or services provided by partner hospitals or healthcare providers.

16. Privacy Policy

Personal information will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the DrCita Privacy Policy.
DrCita implements reasonable security measures to protect user information.

17. Amendments

DrCita reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions, membership pricing, benefits, offers, partner network, and policies at any time.
The latest version will always be published on the DrCita website and mobile application.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
